Shipping

• Free shipping on the Katt Club. Every Katt Club subscription order ships free.
• Standard orders. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3-7 business days after processing.
• Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

Because our products are personal-care and wellness items, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products, for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Return window. Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition. Items must be unopened with seals intact.
• Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• How to start. Email us through the Contact page with your order number and we will guide you through it.
• Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right - including covering return shipping.
