Unopened items

Return any unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Opened items

Because these are intimate and wellness products, opened items can't be resold for hygiene reasons — but you're still covered by our Confidence Guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How to start a return

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
